Inspections

 

When the roof project is under construction, our inspectors are on the job to insure it is being constructed per the specifications. The following is a list of services rendered in this phase of the project.

 

The following is a list of items that are included in the Inspection phase of a project.

 

	Review shop drawings, samples, catalog cuts, change orders and pertinent data related to the scope requirements of the documents.
	Supply roof inspector/s to monitor all work, attend weekly job meetings including recording of minutes.
	Number of inspections per week is approved by client.
	Have written daily or weekly reports delivered to the client.
	Watch weather; communicate with contractor and owner on possibility of inclement weather.
	Confirm all progress payments.
	Communicate with the Client, Contractor and Materials Manufacturer to have a smooth problem free project.
